Diane Bryant

Diane M. Bryant is corporate vice president and Chief Information
Officer of Intel Corporation. Bryant received her bachelor's degree in
electrical engineering from U.C. Davis in 1985, joining Intel the same
year. She holds four U.S. Patents. Diane has two children, ages 11 and
14, and resides in Los Altos Hills.

internal audit functions and oversees the company's operational
excellence programs. Prior to Juniper, she served as SVP, Corporate
Strategic Planning at Sun Microsystems and held various finance
positions at Toyota Motor Corporation in Australia.

wineries refine their sales and marketing strategies. Formerly, she was
the co-founder and partner of Pine Ridge Vineyards in Napa Valley and
Archery Summit Winery in Oregon.

Garella is the managing partner of Grayhorse Capital Partners, LLC , a
merchant banking firm specializing in direct investments, capital
raising and private placements for private companies, family offices
and public/private partnerships. Prior to founding GCP, Ms. Garella was
the Director of Business Development for Citi Capital Strategies, a
division of Citigroup Global Markets.
Dr. Dianne Harrison

nearly 40 years of university experience, Dr. Dianne Harrison currently
serves as president of California State University, Monterey Bay. With a
PhD in social work, her academic and research areas of expertise
include HIV prevention among women and minority populations and higher
education issues related to social work and university leadership.
Dr. Harrison has served on boards and committees of over 60 national, state and local organizations and community projects.
