Linda McKenzie is a Partner with Ernst & Young, a global leader in assurance, tax, transaction and advisory services with 135,000 people worldwide united by their shared values and an unwavering commitment to quality.  Ms. McKenzie is Director of State Legislative and Regulatory Affairs for Ernst & Young.  In this role she serves as Ernst & Young’s representative on The Accountants Coalition, a coalition of global accounting firms monitoring political affairs across the United States. 

  Judy Patrick

Judy Patrick is President and CEO of the Women’s Foundation of California. Prior to her appointment in 2008, Judy held the post of Executive Vice President of Programs for nine years. In that role, Judy led the Foundation’s advocacy and policy change work, including the development of the groundbreaking Women’s Policy Institute. She also worked to develop programs to strengthen grant partners’ organizational capacity and to evaluate the impact of their work.

Sheryl Barden Coholan brings a wealth of experience to her role as the 2012-13 President of International Women’s Forum Northern California.
Having begun her career in human resources and recruiting at Aviation Personnel International (API), Sheryl left the family business to explore career opportunities in sales, marketing and management at Westvaco Corp. and Potlatch Corp. She returned to API in 2001, and has since become the firm’s President and CEO and majority stakeholder. As the longest running staffing company exclusively serving the business aviation industry, API celebrated its 40-year anniversary in 2011.

Sheryl is a leading authority on aviation hiring and leadership development practices, and is a frequent speaker among the corporate aviation and human resources communities. As a catalyst for shaping solutions to meet the unique needs of today's business aviation community, Sheryl and her team provide strategic personnel planning, recruiting, coaching, and outplacement services for all mission-critical roles, including flight department directors, chief pilots, maintenance professionals and cabin crew.

Based in San Francisco, Sheryl has been recognized as a top fundraiser for Episcopal Charities and has served as an Advisory Board Member for the University of San Francisco School of Business and Management, as a member of The Junior League and as the International Director of Leadership for Alpha Phil International Fraternity. Sheryl is an active member of the National Business Aviation Association, Women in Corporate Aviation, Helicopter Association International, Professional Aviation Maintenance Association and Flight Safety Foundation. She also serves on API’s board of directors.

Sheryl earned an MBA from the Masagung School of Business at the University of San Francisco and a B.S. in Management with an emphasis in Personnel Management from Pennsylvania State University.  A member of IWF Northern California since 2009, Sheryl joined the board in 2011. She has an 11-year old son, Peter, with husband Michael.
