AI in Action: A Peer Learning Workshop

Many of us are experimenting with AI, but few have the opportunity to compare notes with other accomplished leaders.

In this highly interactive workshop, organized and led by IWF NorCal member Denise Brosseau, participants will work in small groups in Zoom rooms to complete a set of assigned projects using AI. Participants are free to select whichever tools, prompting methods, or agent-building techniques they prefer.

As groups share their experiences, we'll explore questions such as:

• Which approaches produced the most useful results?
• Where did AI save time or spark new thinking?
• What limitations emerged?
• How do different tools and techniques compare?
• What practices are worth adopting in our own lives and organizations?

The session is designed as a collaborative exploration rather than a formal training. Together, we'll learn from one another's experiments and leave with practical insights for using AI more effectively.

Format: 90-minute Zoom session featuring breakout discussions, experimentation, and group debriefs.
